Acceptable Use Policy of Mystic AIda
Mystic AIda is a place for reflection. People come here with real questions and often with something tender behind them. This policy describes what is welcome here and what is not.
It applies to everyone: Seekers who receive readings, creators who publish Mystics, and anyone else using the Service. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Be Kind
Treat other members, creators, and our team as people.
- No harassment, bullying, stalking, or piling on.
- No hate directed at anyone because of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
- No threats of violence, and no encouraging anyone to harm themselves or others.
- No sharing someone's private information without their permission.
- If someone asks you to stop contacting them, stop. Do not work around a block with a new account.
If you are worried about someone's safety, contact a local emergency service. Mystic AIda is not a crisis service and cannot respond to emergencies.
Nothing Sexual Involving Minors
There is no version of this that is allowed. Do not create, request, upload, share, or seek any sexual content involving a minor, in any form, including written text, images, roleplay, or a Mystic persona built for it.
We remove this content, close the account immediately and permanently, and report it to the authorities and to relevant organizations as the law requires.
The Service is for adults aged 18 and over. Do not use it on behalf of a minor, and do not help a minor create an account.
No Impersonation
- Do not claim to be someone you are not, and do not set up an account or a profile in another person's name.
- Do not build a Mystic persona that presents itself as a real person, a public figure, a celebrity, or a real business or brand, unless you clearly have permission. This includes using someone's name, photograph, likeness, or recognizable voice.
- Do not claim to speak for Mystic AIda, or make a Mystic look like an official platform account.
- Parody and homage still have to be obvious. If a reasonable person could think your Mystic is the real thing, it is impersonation.
No Spam, and No Unwanted Care Packages
Care packages are meant for someone you actually know: a friend having a hard week, a sibling with a decision to make.
- Only send a care package to a person you have a real relationship with, and only when you have good reason to think it is welcome.
- No bulk sending, no purchased or scraped address lists, and no sending to strangers.
- Do not use care packages or messages to advertise, recruit, solicit money, promote a product, or drive traffic somewhere else.
- Do not keep sending to someone who has not responded, or to someone who has asked you to stop.
- No scams, phishing, fake giveaways, chain messages, or malicious links anywhere on the Service.
No Scraping or Automation
- Do not scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk download readings, profiles, images, or any other part of the Service.
- Do not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to create accounts, generate readings, send messages, or interact with the Service, unless we have given you written permission.
- Do not resell Service output or run it through another product as if it were your own service.
- Do not probe, load test, overload, or interfere with our systems or anyone else's use of them.
- Respect rate limits and do not try to work around them.
No Jailbreaking or Extracting the AI
- Do not try to get a Mystic to reveal its system instructions, hidden prompts, configuration, or any part of how it was built.
- Do not use prompt injection, roleplay framing, or other tricks to push a Mystic past its guardrails or into content this policy forbids.
- Do not use the Service to generate training data for another AI model, or to reconstruct any part of our models or prompts.
- Do not hide instructions in content you upload or share in order to steer the system.
Reporting a safety weakness is welcome. Exploiting one is not. If you find something, tell us instead of using it.
Nothing Illegal
- No content or activity that breaks the law where you are or where we operate.
- No promoting terrorism or violent extremism, no trafficking, no instructions for weapons, explosives, or other serious harm.
- No selling drugs, weapons, stolen data, or stolen accounts.
- No uploading material you do not have the rights to, including copyright infringement.
- No fraud, money laundering, or using carats or purchases to move value around.
Do Not Present Readings as Professional Advice
Readings are AI-generated and are for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
- Do not build a Mystic that claims to be a doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial adviser, or any other licensed professional, and do not let one give advice of that kind.
- Do not tell anyone that a reading can diagnose an illness, predict a medical outcome, replace medication or therapy, guarantee a legal result, or tell them how to invest.
- Do not republish a reading elsewhere as though it were a professional opinion or a factual forecast.
- Do not use readings to make consequential decisions about other people, such as hiring, lending, housing, or care.
Reporting and Enforcement
If you see something that breaks this policy, report it in the app where a report option is available, or email us at support@mysticaida.ai. Tell us what you saw and where, so we can find it.
When we find a problem, we choose a response that fits it. We may remove content, unpublish a Mystic, limit or suspend an account, take away creator access, or close an account permanently. Serious harm, and anything involving a minor, gets the strongest response right away.
Unused carats are forfeited when an account is closed for breaking these rules. We may report illegal activity to the authorities and preserve records when the law requires it.
If you think we got it wrong, reply to the notice we sent you and we will take another look.
